Prayer Focus for Our Community

St Barnabas is a church that believes in the power of prayer to make a positive impact on the lives of those who are the focus of that prayer. We have been developing a prayer ministry amongst our regular church members and now hold regular services which include prayer for healing and wholeness. As your parish church, we are now extending our prayer ministry to include prayer for you, our local community, and for the problems that are affecting your lives.

It is difficult to focus on the people or issues affecting our community unless we are told who or what they are, but our aim is to pray regularly for specific roads within the parish on a rotating basis and we will highlight which roads are the focus of our prayer here and in our LINK magazine.

The roads included in our prayers for July and August are the following:

Midfield Way
Grovelands Road  -    Midfield School / Pupil Referral Unit KS3
Lullingstone Crescent
Wisley Road
Ockham Drive
